Import of Templates from Version 3

is it possible to import the templates of the Version 3 to Version 4 ? If Yes, how to handle that.

hello!
All SVG files (layout empty templates) are in:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents\Studio-Scrap\Modeles
In the upgrade from Studio-Scrap3 to Studio-Scrap 4, we chose not to add layout templates...
