No backgrounds or embellishments in program

I downloaded the trial version of Studio Scrap and loved it. I purchased it and have it installed and ready to go. The problem I''m having is that there are no backgrounds or embellishments. The background screen says something about getting backgrounds from a disk, but this was a download with no disc. The embellishment page is just empty. This is very frustrating! Anyone know what to do to get the full features?

I had the same problem, I fixed it by uninstalling the trial program & downloading again straight from the download web site & the problem was fixed
